Tennessee Pride Chamber Foundation Announces Opening of 2026 Community Pride Grant Cycle
NASHVILLE, TN (March 27, 2026) — The Tennessee Pride Chamber of Commerce proudly announces that the Tennessee Pride Chamber Foundation has officially opened its 2026 Community Pride Grant Cycle, reinforcing its commitment to uplifting and sustaining Pride festivals across the state of Tennessee.
The Tennessee Pride Chamber Foundation recognizes the critical role Pride festivals play in celebrating, connecting, and empowering LGBTQ+ communities. These festivals not only provide spaces of visibility and belonging, but also create meaningful economic impact by supporting LGBTQ+-owned businesses, allied vendors, nonprofit organizations, and local advocates.
As many Pride festivals continue to face increased challenges, including permit barriers, discriminatory local ordinances and legislation, and limitations in organizational capacity, the Community Pride Grant program serves as a vital investment in ensuring these celebrations continue to thrive and grow.
“Pride festivals are more than celebrations. These festivals are powerful expressions of resilience, visibility, and economic empowerment in communities across Tennessee,” said Keillian Carpenter, Executive Director of the Tennessee Pride Chamber. “Through this grant program, we are proud to stand alongside local Pride leaders all across the state to ensure these events not only continue, but expand their impact for years to come.”
